Derek has worked in the Fluid Power industry for over 25 years, working multiple established UK companies before making the move to Euro Hydraulics in 2007 and becoming General Manager in 2015. Derek is a dedicated Motherwell FC fan and runner and he has recently climbed Ben Nevis.
